Many of us start to wonder if this is it as we age. We have worked so hard to achieve happiness and attain what we want, but when our goals are not realized, we become dejected.

Many things in life might leave us feeling let down, such as why my spouse or relationship no longer makes me happy. Why does my job no longer make me happy? Why didn't I succeed where I had envisioned myself? Why do I still feel uneasy despite owning a home, a car, a respectable income, and insurance?

A lot of people in their 40s and 50s experience anxiety. Just to reach this point in their lives, they have put in a lot of effort. Additionally, there has been a lot of social pressure on them to meet the usual standards of "success" by this point.

Most of us want to feel happy and full of hope for the future, and it is perfectly natural to strive for something more.  But sometimes uncertainty causes us to lose the incentive to keep going. It is worth remembering that you need to give yourself time to learn throughout the process, while also keeping faith in yourself.  Just because you aren’t applying exhaustive efforts and forcing things to happen doesn’t mean that you aren’t making good progress.By applying these strategies, you can overcome your frustration, achieve the success you want, and find mental peace in every area of your life
